Facilitator of Change
Growing up on a farm & owning a cattle ranch, Ellen learned about change early in life. A change in the weather meant a change in the crop…a change in cattle prices meant a change in the family finances…a breakdown of equipment meant a change in work load. And with a life-changing event, she became a master of change & adaptability; effectively juggling a full-time job and single-parenting two small children.
Frustrated with the lack of leadership training in nursing schools, she began studying the topic and ultimately wrote her first of many workbooks: Leadership for Nurses.
With the success of her Leadership teaching, Authentic Leadership & Ethics was born…assisting new and 1st time Leaders prepare for their new roles.
