Pastor Ellen Martin, RN, PhD holds her RN degree from Weber State University, received in 1976 and her Doctorate in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, received in 1996.
Growing up on a farm and owning a cattle ranch, Ellen learned about change early in life. A change in the weather meant a change in the crop...a change in cattle prices meant a change in the family finances...a breakdown of equipment meant a change in the work load.
With a life changing event, she became a master of change and adaptability; effectively juggling a full-time job and single-parenting two small children.
Frustrated with the lack of Leadership training in Nursing Schools, while working her way up the Administrative ladder, she began studying the topic and ultimately wrote and had copy written her first of many workbooks: Leadership for Nurses. She had broadened this to encourage & assist new and 1st time leaders in any arena of business.
Growing up and working with nature and animals, Ellen discovered the fundamentals of her belief that everyone can find their own unique purpose and reach their full potential. She creates an atmosphere of open learning and sharing, and is able to take the experiences she has learned from, turning them into stories and lessons, captivating audiences...creating a change in thinking and lifestyle.
